About Low Tide
We have always loved St Ives and although we live in Truro only some 30 minutes away, every time we come here, if only for a short break or even just the day, we feel like we are on holiday. So we really hope that you will love St Ives too.
We purchased Low Tide in March 2012. Having viewed many properties,what we loved about Low Tide are its fabulous views and proximity to the beach, town and transport links. Additionally, a parking space in St Ives is essential. No-one wants to queue for car parking. So we are pleased to have our own dedicated parking space behind the apartment.
We want Low Tide to be comfortable and practical so we’ve included a few extras to make things easy: books and games; a cool bag for your picnics and buckets and spades ready for the beach as well as a bottle of wine and Cornish biscuits for your first night!
We have taken into consideration the suggestions from former guests, so please do let us know what we could do to improve your stay. You’ll see in the visitors’ book that guests have asked for a new mattress and for more hanging space. Both of these have been addressed this autumn.

20% non refundable deposit required at the point of booking. Balance of payments to be received 8 weeks before occupation. A deposit of £100 against breakages or excessive cleaning will be required. No smoking or pets allowed. Guests need to provide their own beach towels although all linen and other towels are included.
Sitting Room/Dining Room: sofa, arm chair and table with 4 chairs; flat screen TV/DVD; WiFi; DAB radio/ipod docking station; binoculars; books and board games. Large window with views of Porthminster Beach and beyond towards Godrevy Lighthouse and Gwithian.
Kitchen: fridge freezer; dishwasher; washing/drier; microwave; electric cooker and hob; ample storage space
Master Bedroom: double bed; built in wardrobe; dressing table; TV; hairdrier; towels; window to side elevation
Bedroom Two: full size bunk beds; tallboy chest of drawers; soft chair; towels; windows to side elevation
Shower Room: large fully tiled with Viceroy and Boch fittings; double walk in shower; WC; basin; ladder style radiator
Additional Information: gas central heating; parking for one average size car (width of entrance 7ft 11 at narrowest point)
